OPEN POSITIONS


Part-Time, Hourly Contractors:

Get your foot in the door with a national homebuilder! This position is perfect for highly motivated individuals who are thinking of making the transition into the real estate market OR current licensed agents who are looking for additional opportunities.

 

Job Description:

  • Staff builder model homes in select communities
  • Ability to work 2-4 days per week (Tues-Fri) NO WEEKENDS!
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to all requests promptly and courteously
  • Register all potential new customers:
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with commensurate work experience
  • Previous experience selling new homes a plus, but not required
  • General real estate experience not required, sales experience helpful
  • Must be organized and efficient team player with a strong work ethic, motivated and strong desire to succeed
  • Present a professional business appearance
  • Must be a professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display a positive attitude at all times and interact effectively with all customers, staff, and managers
  • Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
  • $10/hr
  • This is a contracted position. Hired individuals will be required to complete a W-9 and receive pay as a 1099 contractor

 

Full-Time Sales Associates:

Full-time, employee position with National Home Builder.  Position includes health benefits, 401K, HSA contributions, National Training Program and much more!!

 

Job Description:

  • New Home Specialist in Builder Home Gallery
  • Ability to work weekends, flexible schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout entire sales process
  • Respond to all requests promptly and courteously
  • Follow a no-pressure sales process by engaging the Homebuyer and liaising with sales team

Position Requirements:

  • Procuring and following up on Sales leads for our communities 
  • Guiding and advising buyers throughout the New Home Sales process 
  • Negotiating and Closing deals 
  • Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork 
  • Obtaining and analyzing market data critical for our communities to remain competitive
  • Active Real Estate License

Compensation:

  • Variable based on sales/commision
  • Draw available for first 2 months
  • Structural Options
  • Lot Premiums

100% Commission, General Real Estate Agent

  • Must be a member of NEFAR and active MLS
